摘要
法律人工智能时代已经到来,人工智能开始深刻变革着法律工作与法律职业,随着人工智能在法律领域的不断应用,其对法律职业的变革,或将超越生产力层面,影响生产关系层面。因此,法律职业正面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战,法律职业者必须准确认识、理性对待,从而寻求未来职业发展之道。希冀通过分析人工智能变革法律职业的动力机制、人工智能对法律职业的深刻变革、人工智能带给法律职业的机遇与挑战等,尝试提出人工智能时代法律职业的发展之道,以期帮助法律职业者更好地应对法律人工智能时代的到来。
The age of legal artificial intelligence has come which is beginning to profoundly change legal work and profession. With the continuous application of artificial intelligence in the field of law, its reform in legal profession goes beyond the level of productivity affecting the level of production relations. Facing the unprecedented opportunities and challenges of legal profession, legal professionals therefore must have the accurate understanding and rational treatment so as to seek the way of future career development. By analyzing the dynamic mechanism, profound reforms, challenges and opportunities of artificial intelligence toward legal profession, this paper attempts to figure out some ways of developing legal profession in artificial intelligence era hoping to help legal professionals better cope with the situation.
