摘要
目的:探讨酚妥拉明联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的效果及对妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2019年1-12月就诊的妊娠期高血压疾病患者89例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=45)。对照组采用硝苯地平治疗,研究组采用酚妥拉明联合硝苯地平治疗。比较两组治疗后的血压、24 h尿蛋白含量、血液黏度、降压效果、妊娠结局、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,研究组舒张压、收缩压均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组24 h尿蛋白含量、血浆黏度均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组降压效果优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组顺产率高于对照组,宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、早产发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:应用酚妥拉明联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压疾病,能够有效降低24 h尿蛋白和血浆黏度,控制血压,改善妊娠结局,效果确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of Phentolamine combined with Nifedipine on the treatment of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy and its effect on the outcome of pregnancy.Method:A total of 89 patients with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected,they were divided into the control group (n=44) and study group (n=45),according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Nifedipine,and the study group was treated with Phentolamine combined with Nifedipine.Blood pressure,24 h urinary protein content,blood viscosity,antihypertensive effect,pregnancy outcome and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Result:After treatment,both diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the 24 h urinary protein content and plasma viscosity of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);the antihypertensive effect of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05);the incidence of intrauterine distress,neonatal asphyxia and premature delivery in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);no serious adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:The application of phentolamine combined with nifedipine in the treatment of gestational hypertension can effectively reduce 24 h urinary protein and plasma viscosity,control blood pressure,improve the pregnancy outcome,the effect is accurate,worthy of clinical application.
