新型吸油拖栏的研究开发

摘要 为解决市场上的吸油拖栏不能连续化生产、布放不方便、吸油倍数低等问题,开发一种由护套网、吸油层、支撑管架和拖栏绳构成的新型吸油拖栏。共设置10组工艺参数,通过熔喷工艺纺制聚丙烯(PP)纤维材料作为吸油层,发现接收距离为25 cm及支撑管架转速为7 r/min时,所得单层PP纤网质轻且吸油倍数最高。然后采用此吸油层制备新型吸油拖栏,其护套网为涤纶经编网,支撑管架为聚乙烯(PE)波纹支撑管架,各部分结构清晰,功能分明。经试验表明,此新型吸油拖栏的吸油倍数(机油)达到7.20。同时建议将新型吸油拖栏的生产技术与溢油清理船进行整合,可实现连续生产和连续布放,这对吸油拖栏今后的发展具有一定的指导意义。 The new oil absorption boom composed of sheath net,oil absorption layer,support pipe rack and drag rope was developed to solve the problems of the oil absorption booms in the market,such as non-continuous production,inconvenient layout and lower oil absorption rate,etc.Ten groups of process parameters were set up,and the polypropylene(PP)fiber material used as the oil absorption layer was made through the melt-blowing process.It was found that the obtained monolayer PP meltblown web was light in weight and had highest oil absorption rate when the receiving distance was 25 cm and the rotation speed of the support pipe rack was 7 r/min.Then,this oil absorption layer was used for preparing the new oil absorption boom,whose sheath net was warp knitted polyester fiber net and whose support pipe rack was polyethylene(PE)corrugated support pipe rack.Each part had clear structure and distinct functions.The tests showed that the oil absorption rate(machine oil)of this new absorption boom was 7.20.Meanwhile,integrating the producing technology of the new absorption boom with the oil spill clean-up ship to achieve continuous production and continuous layout was suggested,which had certain guiding significance for the future development of oil absorption booms.
