基于Ansys Workbench的流固耦合下不同开度弧形闸门应力变形分析研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对某水利枢纽工程中弧形闸门在流固耦合场中应力变形特征,引入流固耦合分析理论与Ansys Workbench数值计算平台,研究了闸门支座反力特征参数值随开度值增大而逐渐减小,开度值为5.0时,铰支反力与吊支座反力相比开度值0下分别降低了86.7%、95.0%;分析了两支座反力在不同开度下的差异特点。获得了不同开度下闸门在Z向、X向变形特征与分布态势,量值亦是随开度增大而降低。基于不同开度下应力值变化特征,得到了最大拉、压应力与等效应力分别为132.28 MPa、201.48 MPa、184.27 MPa,小开度与大开度下闸门最大等效应力位置会发生变化。论文为研究闸门安全有效运营的开度值提供一定参考。 Aiming at the stress-deformation characteristics of radial gates in the fluid-solid coupling field of a water conservancy project,the fluid-solid coupling analysis theory and the Ansys Workbench numerical calculation platform are introduced to study the value of the reaction force characteristic parameters of the gate support increasing with the opening value and gradually decrease,when the opening value is 5,the reaction force of the hinged support is reduced by 86.7%and 95.0%compared with the reaction force of the hanging support at 0;the reaction force of the two supports is analyzed at different openings Differences between features.The Z-direction and X-direction deformation characteristics and distribution trend of the gate at different opening degrees are obtained,and the magnitude also decreases as the opening degree increases.Based on the change characteristics of the stress value at different opening degrees,the maximum tensile,compressive stress and equivalent stress are respectively 132.28 MPa,201.48 MPa and 184.27 MPa,and the maximum equivalent stress position of the gate will change under small opening and large opening.The thesis provides a certain reference for studying the opening value of the safe and effective operation of the gate.
