新型煤化工钢制循环水热交换器内漏失效分析与对策 被引量:1

Failure Analysis and Countermeasures of Internal Leakage of Steel Circulating Water Heat Exchanger in New Coal Chemical Industry

摘要 新型煤化工产业是今后我国能源可持续利用的重要发展方向,煤化工装置中热交换设备占静设备的数量和投资均超过40%。由于煤化工装置大多建在缺水地区,循环水质较难控制,导致装置中的热交换器承受较为严重的腐蚀,内漏频繁,使用寿命普遍较低,严重影响生产装置的经济效益。对2010年以来煤制烯烃和煤制油等装置的循环水系统热交换器内漏原因进行分析,归纳出了热交换器的主要失效形式和失效机理,并提出了相应的解决对策。经实践验证,采取的各项措施效果良好。 The new coal chemical industry is crucial for the sustainable use of energy in China.The heat exchange equipment in coal chemical plants accounts for more than 40%of the amount of static equipment,which also costs nearly a half of the total investment.However,these heat exchangers have generally short service life due to frequent internal leakage which caused by circulating water quality.Most coal chemical plants are in water-deficient areas,which make it difficult to control circulating water quality.This situation seriously affects the economic benefits of production equipment.Through the analysis of the internal leakage of the heat exchanger of the circulating water system of coal chemical coal-to-olefin and coal-to-liquid equipment since 2010,the main failure modes of the heat exchanger were summarized and the various failure mechanisms were analyzed,as well as the solutions were proposed.Through practical verification,these solutions have achieved good results.
