摘要
试验旨在研究不同浓度的苦参添加剂对松浦镜鲤(Songpu mirror carp)生长及非特异性免疫的影响。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂在基础日粮基础上添加1、5、15、30 g/kg苦参粉,养殖周期为30 d。结果表明:15 g/kg试验组的松浦镜鲤血液中白细胞吞噬指数和超氧化物歧化酶活性在第30 d达到最高(P<0.01);血液白细胞数目、红细胞数目和溶菌酶活性在5 g/kg试验组中分别在第30 d和第15 d达到最高(P<0.01);30 g/kg试验组的增重率在第30 d达到最高(P<0.01);各试验组的增长率与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合生长及免疫指标,苦参添加剂对松浦镜鲤的各非特异性免疫因子具有不同程度的正效应,但在效应时间上呈现出非同步的特点。
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of different concentrations of Sophora flavescens additives on the growth and non-specific immunity of Songpu mirror carp.The control group was fed with basic diet,while the experimental group was fed with basic diet.1,5,15,30 g/kg of Sophora flavescens powder were added for 30 days.The results showed that PI and SOD of Songpu mirror carp in 15 g/kg test group reached the highest level on 30th day(P<0.01);the leucocyte number,erythrocyte number and LZM in 5 g/kg test group reached the highest level on 30th and 15th day(P<0.01);and the WGR in 30 g/kg test group reached the highest level on 30th day(P<0.01).GR of each experimental group was not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05).According to the comprehensive growth and immune indexes,Sophora flavescens additives have different positive effects on non-specific immune factors of Songpu mirror carp,but the effect time is asynchronous.
