摘要
目的:采用国际公认的试验报告统一标准(CONSORT)和报告针刺临床试验干预措施的国际标准(STRICTA)评价针刺治疗非特异性下腰痛随机对照试验(RCT)的报告质量。方法:计算机检索针刺治疗非特异性下腰痛RCT,检索PubMed、中国知网、维普中文期刊服务平台、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库,时限为2008年1月至2018年12月,文种限制为中文和英文。结果:共纳入24篇文献,中文文献16篇,英文文献8篇,3篇文献完全符合CONSORT声明,无文献完全符合STRICTA标准。中、英文文献相比,中文文献在针刺细节和针刺合理性上较英文文献完善,英文文献在方法学设计和随机化实施上较中文文献全面。结论:针刺治疗非特异性下腰痛RCT的文献质量普遍偏低,今后应按照CONSORT声明和STRICTA标准规范针灸RCT设计以提高临床报告质量。
Objective:The internationally accepted Consolidated Standards for Reporting of Trials(CONSORT)and Standards for Reporting Interventions in Controlled Trials of Acupuncture(STRICTA)were applied to evaluate the literature quality of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)regarding acupuncture for nonspecific low back pain.Methods:The literature of RCTs regarding acupuncture for nonspecific low back pain was searched by computer;including PubMed,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang were searched systematically from January 2008 to December 2018;Language limited to Chinese and English.Results:As a result,24 articles were included,including 16 Chinese literatures and 8 English literatures.According to CONSORT and STRICTA entries,3 articles were fully conformed to the CONSORT statement.There was no document were confirmed to the STRICTA standard.Compared with the Chinese and English articles,Chinese literatures were more perfect in details and rationality of acupuncture than English literatures,and English literatures were more comprehensive in methodology design and randomization principle than Chinese literatures.Conclusion:The quality of clinical study reports about treating nonspecific low back pain with acupuncture was generally low,so the clinical trials should be designed according to the statement of CONSORT and STRICTA standard to improve the quality of clinical reports.
