摘要
目的:通过观察推拿专业学生和非推拿专业学生手掌温度和血流量,验证手毒的本质是否是手心热,并探究推拿专业学生和非推拿专业学生在手掌微循环方面的差别。方法:应用热电偶温度计结合红外激光散斑血流成像系统得到30例推拿专业学生(推拿组)和30例非推拿专业学生(非推拿组)手掌劳宫穴区域和鱼际穴区域的温度和血流量,运用SPSS 21.0比较两组温度和血流量的差异。结果:推拿组和非推拿组在劳宫穴和鱼际穴的温度差异均无统计学意义;推拿组劳宫穴区域血流量中位数为415.75PU,非推拿组为627.10PU;推拿组鱼际穴区域血流量中位数为358.05PU,非推拿组为714.80PU,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:手毒不宜用手心热来解释,推拿专业学生手掌血流量低于非推拿专业学生。
Objective:To observe palmar temperature and blood flow of tuina major students and non-tuina specialty students.To verify whether the essence of venomous hands is the heat of palms,and explore the difference in palmar microcirculation between tuina major students and non-tuina specialty students.Methods:The thermocouple thermometer and full-field infrared laser perfusion imager were used to observe palmar temperature and blood flow in the region of Laogong(PC8)and Yuji(LU10)of 30 tuina major students(tuina group)and 30 non-tuina specialty students(non-tuina group).The statistical data were analyzed by software SPSS 21.0.Results:The comparison of tuina group and non-tuina group showed that there was no statistically significant difference in temperature either on the point of Laogong(PC8)or on the point of Yuji(LU10).The median of blood flow in the region of Laogong(PC8)of tuina group was 415.75PU and that of non-tuina group was 627.10PU.The median of blood flow in the region of Yuji(LU10)of tuina group was 358.05PU and that of non-tuina group was 714.80PU.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is not suitable that the essence of venomous hands is explained with the heat of palms.Compared to non-tuina major students,tuina major students have the lower palmar blood flow.
