摘要
随着时代发展,档案管理、图书管理若继续采用人工目视管理的方式,已经无法满足其爆炸的数据量增长需要了,因此,在物联网时代到来,RFID技术出现的大环境下,积极拥抱新技术,让新技术为我们服务,已经成为必然的发展趋势。本文在对档案安全管理现状进行分析的基础上,分析了物联网RFID技术的基本特点以及在档案管理中的应用优势提出了一种基于物联网技术的智慧档案管理系统,对其系统设计方案与结构进行了阐述,对其功能进行了分析,通过实践证明其有效性。
With development of the times,archives and book management has been not able to meet needs of explosive data growth with artificial visual management method.Therefore,in era of the Internet of things and RFID technology environment,it has become inevitable development trend to embrace new technology and receive new technology service actively.Based on current situation analysis of archive security management,the paper analyzes basic characteristics of the Internet of things RFID technology and application advantages in archive management,puts forward intelligent archive management system based on the Internet of things technology,expounds system design scheme and structure,analyzes its functions,and proves its effectiveness through practice.
