超声引导脉冲射频治疗颈后肌筋膜疼痛综合征临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨超声引导脉冲射频治疗颈后肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床效果。方法选取医院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的颈后肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者72例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例。观察组患者予超声引导脉冲射频治疗,对照组患者予射频热凝治疗。结果与术前比较,两组治疗术后7 d,30 d和90 d的VAS评分显著降低(P>0.05),且观察组降低更显著(P<0.05);观察组7 d,30 d,90 d的有效率分别为75.00%,86.11%,91.17%,显著高于对照组的61.11%,63.89%,75.00%(P<0.05)。结论采用超声引导脉冲射频治疗颈后肌筋膜疼痛综合征,可显著改善患者生活质量。
