井下带式输送机运行监测系统设计

Design of Operation Monitoring System for Underground Belt Conveyor

摘要 现代煤矿生产运输中使用的带式输送机面临运输量大、距离长、操作人员少的问题,容易发生撕裂、断带、打滑等故障。为解决输送机在运行过程中可能发生的安全问题与故障隐患,通过利用计算机和PLC控制等技术,设计了一套带式输送机运行监测系统。该系统以PLC控制为核心对现场输送机进行实时监控,整个系统分为数据层、上位机、下位机、控制对象4层结构。通过系统测试显示,该系统表现良好,具有一定程度的自动控制能力,在井下实际运行稳定,能满足煤矿的日常生产需求。 The belt conveyor used in the production and transportation of modern coal mines is faced with the problems of large transportation volume, long distance and few operators. It is easy to tear, break belt and slip. In order to solve the possible safety problems and hidden troubles in the operation of conveyor, a set of belt conveyor operation monitoring system was designed by using computer and PLC control technology. The system takes PLC control as the core to real-time monitor the field conveyor. The whole system is divided into four layers: data layer, upper computer, lower computer and control object. Through the system test, it shows that the system has a good performance, a certain degree of automatic control ability, the actual operation in the mine is stable, and can meet the daily production needs of the coal mine.
