摘要
对柳钢4号高炉后期炉役,高产护炉生产实践进行了总结。主要描述了4号高炉在炉役后期炉缸侧壁温度高,在添加钒钛球、灌浆等护炉手段下,突破常规,维持合理操作炉型,在产量、利用系数方面实现较大突破的生产操作实践。
The production practice of high-yield furnace protection in the later stage of No.4 blast furnace in Liugang is summarized.This paper mainly describes the production and operation practice of No.4 blast furnace,which has high side wall temperature in the later stage of furnace service,breaks through the routine,maintains the reasonable operation furnace type,and achieves a great breakthrough in the production and utilization coefficient with the addition of vanadium titanium ball,grouting and other means of furnace protection.
