摘要
近年来,浙江一直是跨境电商发展的前沿阵地,随着"一带一路"建设不断向纵深发展,"丝路电商"合作不断深化,跨境农产品电商已然成为浙江推进外向型农业发展的重要载体。"一带一路"贯穿亚欧非大陆,发展潜力巨大,各区域在农业资源、技术、产能、市场等方面各具优势,具有较强的互补性。浙江十分重视农业及农产品贸易的发展,也是"一带一路"农业互联互通的前沿和枢纽区域,在"互联网+"时代,浙江跨境农产品电商呈现出新的发展特点,其发展也面临新的机遇与挑战。然而,目前浙江跨境农产品电商整体交易规模还不大,有很大的提升空间。因此,在"一带一路"倡议下,寻求浙江跨境农产品电商发展新模式和路径成为当务之急。
In recent years,Zhejiang has been the forefront of cross-border e-commerce development.With the development of the strategy of"The Belt and Road",the cooperation of"Silk Road E-commerce"has been deepened.The cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products has become an important carrier for Zhejiang to promote the development of export-oriented agriculture."The Belt and Road"runs through the Eurasian continent and has great potential for development.Each region has its own advantages in agricultural resources,technology,production capacity and market,and has strong complementarity.Zhejiang attaches great importance to the development of agriculture and agricultural products trade,and is also the frontier and hub area of"The Belt and Road"agricultural interconnection.In the era of"Internet plus",Zhejiang’s cross border agricultural products e-commerce presents new development characteristics,and its development is also facing new opportunities and challenges.However,at present,the overall transaction scale of Zhejiang cross-border agricultural products e-commerce is not large,and there is a lot of room for improvement.Therefore,in the context of the"The Belt and Road"strategy,it is urgent to find a new mode and path for the development of cross border agricultural products e-commerce in Zhejiang.
