摘要
本文论述了科研院所和军工企业复杂电子装备在研制与批生产高度交叉下的特点,并提出建立工程化管控体系,对研制与批生产交叉的质量和技术状态进行有效管控。
This article discusses the characteristics of complex electronic equipment in scientific research institutes and military enterprises under the high intersection of development and batch production,and proposes the establishment of an engineering management system to effectively control the technical status of research and batch crossing.
