摘要
针对发电机定冷水系统存在的电导率超标等潜在风险,结合实际案例,对定冷水处理系统设备运行异常、消缺时使用介质不当,以及水质异常时采取的措施不合适等问题进行了总结分析,并提出合理设置设备系统连锁、使用惰性气体消缺、自动控制加药装置等定冷水风险控制措施。
This paper introduces the potential risks of excessive conductivity in the stator cooling water system of the generator. Combined with practical cases, summarize and analyze the problems of abnormal operation of the equipment in the stator cooling water treatment system, improper use of medium in eliminating the defects, and improper measures taken in case of abnormal water quality. Put forward the risk control measures for fixed cooling water, such as the reasonable setting of equipment system interlock, the use of inert gas to eliminate the defects, and the automatic control of dosing devices.
