摘要
采用逆向设计对某仿真复古电话存钱罐进行外观创新,开发出一款电话造型蓝牙音箱,重点介绍了该音箱逆向设计过程及技术要点,探讨了使用Geomagic Studio逆向软件进行点云数据处理中的注意事项以及使用Geomagic Design X进行电话外观模型重构的方法,并根据功能需要,对重构的数字化模型进行改进和创新。通过逆向设计手段,可以大大提高设计效率,降低设计难度,在训练创新思维和创新能力方面具有很好的应用空间。
Based on reverse engineering,the appearance of a kind of classic telephone shaped piggy bank is innovated to develop the bluetooth speaker.This paper introduces the reverse design process and technical points of the speaker,discusses the matters needing attention in the point cloud data processing with the reverse software of Geomagic studio and the use of Geomagic design X carries on the telephone appearance model reconstruction method,and according to the function demand,carries on the improvement and the innovation to the reconstruction digital model.By means of reverse design,design efficiency can be greatly improved and design difficulty can be reduced.It has a good application space in training innovative thinking and innovation ability.
