摘要
为制备甲烷与氮气分离用碳分子筛,以酚醛树脂基炭化料为基体,利用甲烷为沉积剂,探讨了不同沉积条件对碳分子筛甲烷与氮气吸附量的影响,测试了沉积后样品孔结构性能,并与国内外样品进行了对照。结果表明,最佳沉积温度为850℃,在沉积时间30 min,甲烷流量100 mL/min和氮气流量200 mL/min时,沉积后碳分子筛在孔径0.3~0.67 nm之间孔容为0.083 cm 3/g,平均孔径为0.516 nm,吸附甲烷性能低于同类产品,有利于动力学分离。
To prepare carbon molecular sieve for separation of methane and nitrogen,phenolic resin based carbonization material was used as matriXand methane was used as depositing agent.The effect of different deposition conditions on the adsorption of methane and nitrogen on carbon molecular sieve was discussed.The pore structure performance of the deposited samples were measured.The results show that the optimum conditions are deposition temperature 850℃.When the deposition time was 30 min,the methane flow rate was 100 mL/min and the nitrogen flow rate was 200 mL/min,the pore volume of the carbon molecular sieve after deposition was 0.083 cm 3/g between pore size 0.3~0.67 nm and the average pore size was 0.516 nm.The methane adsorption performance of prepared samples was lower than that of similar products,which is conducive to kinetic separation.
