中国西南边境地区蚊类携带病原体调查 被引量:9

摘要 目的了解我国西南边境地区蚊类种群构成及携带病原体情况,为蚊媒传染病防控工作提供技术支撑。方法2017年8月8-18日,采用灯诱法、BDV帐诱法及人工小时法在中缅边境地区(瑞丽)、中越边境地区(河口、凭祥、东兴)开展蚊类监测;用RT-PCR法对采集的蚊类进行病原体检测。结果2017年8月,在中缅、中越边境地区采集到蚊类5属6种25306只,从57批蚊类样本中检测到乙脑病毒、盖塔病毒、广平病毒、坦布苏病毒。结论我国西南边境地区蚊类虫媒病毒携带率较高,应加强系统性监测,预防蚊媒传染病跨境传播。 Objective To understand and master the population and pathogens of mosquitoes in the southwest border areas of China,and provide technical support for the prevention and control of mosquito-borne infectious diseases.Methods August 8-18,2017,the light trap,BDV trap and labor hour method were used to collect mosquitoes at China-Myanmar border areas(Ruili)and China-Vietnam border areas(Hekou,Pingxiang,Dongxing).RT-PCR was used to detect arboviruses.Results In August 2017,25306 mosquitoes which belonged to 5 genera 6 species were collected in China-Myanmar and China-Vietnam border areas.Japanese encephalitis virus,Getah virus,Quang binh virus,Tembusu virus nucleic acid were detected from 57 mosquito pools.Conclusion The carrying rate of mosquitoborne arbovirus was higher in southwest border area of china,it is should strengthen the systemic surveillance to prevent the cross-border transmission of mosquito-borne infectious diseases.
