摘要
目的探讨血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)在慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染中的临床意义。方法:将548例慢性HBV感染患者分成3组,慢性乙型肝炎组(205例)、肝硬化组(188例)、肝癌组(155例),将排除了有慢性肝肾病史的健康体检者(206例)作为正常对照组,均做血清CHE、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、白蛋白、总胆红素和胆固醇水平测定。结果:慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化和肝癌组的血清CHE均明显低于正常对照组,其中肝硬化和肝癌组降低更为明显(P<0.05)。Child-Pugh C级的肝硬化患者血清CHE水平最低,与Chid-Pugh A级和B级差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CHE反映慢性HBV感染患者肝损害程度敏感,动态观察CHE的变化对判断慢性HBV感染患者的预后有重要意义。
Objettive:To investigate the clinical significance of serum cholinesterase in patients with chronic hepatitis B virus.Methods:Totally 548 patients with chronic hepatitis B virus were randomized into the chronic hepatitis B group(n=205),liver cirrhosis group(n=188)and liver cancer group(n=155),and healty controls without liver and renal chronic diseases(n=206).The serum cholinesterase(CHE),ALT,ALB,TBIL and cholesterol levels of all subjects were desermined.Results:The serum CHE of chronic hepatitis B group,liver cirrhosis group and liver cancer group was lower than those of the control group,of which,the indicators in liver cirrhosis and liver cancer group dicreased more obviously(P<0.05).CHE in liver cirrhosis and liver cancer group was lowest.Compared CHE of Chid-Pugh level class Child-Pugh level A,there were statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion:Deternination of levels of serum CHE might reflect the degree of liver inflammation and fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B virus,the dynamical observasion of the change of CHE is a very important factor influencing the patients’prognosis.
