摘要
世界酒文化与鉴赏课程作为我校全校公选课,是在原葡萄酒文化与鉴赏课程基础上重新设计改革而成的。该课程以世界三大酿造酒、三大蒸馏酒为主要对象,从酒品的酿造、饮酒的礼仪风俗等层面进行对比学习。在普及学生对世界酒类饮料全面认知的前提下,使学生很好地理解中西方酒文化的差异,找到中国酒文化立身的依据,激发学生对传承与创新中国酒文化的兴趣。该课程在教学模式和考核方式上也进行了改革创新。
World Wine Culture and Appreciation,as a public elective course of our school,is redesigned and reformed on the basis of the original Wine Culture and Appreciation course.This course takes the world's three major brewed wines and three distilled wines as the main objects,and conducts comparative study from the aspects of wine brewing,drinking etiquette and customs,etc.Under the premise of popularizing students'comprehensive understanding of the world alcoholic beverages,the course enables students to understand the differences between Chinese and Western wine cultures and find the basis of Chinese wine culture,and stimulates students'interest in inheriting and innovating Chinese wine culture.The course has also carried out reform and innovation in the teaching mode and assessment mode.
