进气温度对PFI汽油机性能影响的对标研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过发动机对标试验,对一台进气道喷射(PFI)的汽油机进行了外特性试验,研究进气温度对其动力性、经济性和排放的影响。试验结果表明:增加进气温度会降低PFI汽油机的动力性,当进气温度由25℃增加到60℃时,在发动机转速高于4000 r/min区域,外特性平均有效压力的降幅达到了10%。适当提高进气温度会提高PFI汽油机的经济性并优化其排放性能,但进气温度过高后会导致PFI发动机的动力性能和排放性能恶化。 Full load performance benchmarking test was conducted in engine test bed for a gasoline engine with port fuel injection(PFI)to investigate the effects of inlet temperature on power performance,fuel economy and emission properties of gasoline engines.Results shows that increasing the inlet temperature weakens the power performance of PFI engine.When increasing the inlet temperature from 25℃ to 60℃,the brake mean effective power(BMEP)will be reduced by 10% at the engine speed of above 4000r/min.Appropriately increasing the inlet temperature improves the fuel economy and emission properties of PFI engine,whereas too much increase in the inlet temperature deteriorates the fuel economy and emission properties.
