摘要
建筑业的蓬勃发展在提升人民生活质量的同时也引起人们对房屋建筑工程质量的广泛关注。人们需求愈发多元化,也带给了建筑工程企业不小的挑战,因此建筑工程质量监督管理尤为重要且具有现实意义。本文对房屋建筑工程质量监督管理存在的问题进行分析,针对问题本身提出了相应的强化措施。
The vigorous development of the construction industry has not only raised people’s quality of life, but also aroused widespread concern about the quality of housing construction projects. The increasing diversification of people’s needs has also brought challenges to construction engineering companies. Therefore, construction quality supervision and management is particularly important and of practical significance. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality supervision and management of housing construction projects, and proposes corresponding strengthening measures for the problems.
