摘要
总结李伯藩治疗大肠癌的临床经验。认为临床治疗大肠癌当建立分阶段的动态诊疗观,采用三期三法九证为主动态辨治,同时主张现代医学与传统医学适时结合,将大肠癌分为初期、中期(术后)、晚期,分为热毒内阻、湿热蕴结、痰瘀互结、气虚湿阻、脾虚肝旺、心肾不交、脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚、气血亏虚九大证型,运用消积散结、扶正解毒、益气养血三大方法,以人为本的人文观贯彻整个诊疗过程。
To summarize LI Bofan’ s clinical experience in treating large intestine cancer. It is believed that in the clinical treatment of large intestine cancer,a staged dynamic diagnosis and treatment view should be established,with three stages,three methods and nine syndromes as the main dynamic differentiation and treatment. At the same time,it is advisable to combine modern medicine with traditional medicine in a timely manner to divide large intestine cancer into early,middle(postoperative) and advanced stages. Nine syndromes includes internal blockade of heattoxicity,dampness-heat accumulation,intermingled phlegm and stasis,qi deficiency and dampness obstruction,spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity,incoordination between heart and kidney,yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,yin deficiency of liver and kidney,as well as qi and blood deficiency. The three methods of relieving accumulation and resolving masses,strengthening vital qi and detoxification,as well as reinforcing qi and nourishing blood should be applied. A humanistic view is implemented throughout the diagnosis and treatment.
