摘要
在“一带一路”建设和东盟自贸区成立的背景下,中国和东盟间的经贸合作日益密切,中国是东盟第五大投资来源地,东盟是中国第二大直接投资目的地。随着东盟经济共同体的推进,中国与东盟的经贸合作领域不断拓展,但由于双方政治格局、经济环境、社会习俗、宗教文化等方面存在一定差异,使得我国对东盟直接投资时存在各种风险,因此非常有必要对东盟国家的投资环境进行分析,进而也为我国企业在东盟开展投资提供有益参考。
China has one belt,one road and ASEAN Free Trade Area,and China ASEAN economic cooperation is becoming increasingly close.China is the fifth largest source of investment for ASEAN,and ASEAN is the second largest destination of direct investment in China.With the development of ASEAN economic community,the economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN has been expanding.However,due to the differences in political structure,economic environment,social customs,religious culture and other aspects between the two sides,there are various risks in China's direct investment in ASEAN.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the investment environment of ASEAN countries,and then for Chinese enterprises in ASEAN Investment provides useful reference.
