摘要
发展乡村民宿是实施休闲农业和乡村旅游精品工程的重要途径,是振兴乡村的重要引擎。目前泸州市民宿尚处于起步阶段,还存在规模较小、品质较低、产品单一、管理水平不高、存在安全隐患等问题。泸州民宿进一步发展可采用“政府+公司+农户”新模式,深挖内涵,提升质量,培养专业人才,实施多元化营销,加强标准化建设和监管。
The development of home-stay in the rural areas proves to be an important means to implement the projects of leisure agriculture and the rural tourist boutique and also a significant engine to the rural rejuvenation.At present the home-stay in Luzhou is at the start-up phrase with small size,low quality,single products,low level of management and also hidden security danger.For further development of its home-stay,Luzhou may employ the new model of government+companies+peasant househoplds so as to excavate connotation,improve the quality,cultivate the professional talents,implement the strategy of multiple marketing and strengthen the standardized construction and supervision.
