摘要
目的:探讨磁共振成像(MRI)与经直肠双平面超声(TRUS)成像特点在肛周脓肿疾病诊断及分型中的差异性。方法:选取医院收治的104例肛周脓肿患者,按照诊断方法的不同将其分为TRUS组和MRI组,每组52例。TRUS组予以TRUS检查,MRI组予以1.5T的MRI检查,对比两组患者肛周脓肿检测的临床分型多发脓肿、深部脓肿和定位内口诊断正确率及I期根治率。结果:TRUS组的肛周脓肿分型中多发脓肿、深部脓肿和定位内口诊断正确率明显高于MRI组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=7.930,x^2=9.640,x^2=4.270;P<0.05);TRUS组的I期根治率明显高于MRI组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=7.120,P<0.05)。结论:TRUS检查对肛周脓肿的诊断效果优于MRI检查,可为临床诊断分型提供影像学依据。
Objective:To investigate the differences of imaging characteristics between magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and transrectal biplane ultrasound(TRUS)in the diagnosis and classification of perianal abscess disease.Methods:104 patients with perianal abscess who admitted to hospital were randomly divided into TRUS group(52 cases)and MRI group(52 cases)according to different treatment methods.The TRUS group underwent the TRUS examination and the MRI group underwent the 1.5 T MRI examination.The diagnostically correct rates of multiple abscess,deep abscess and located internal stoma of clinical classification of the examinations of perianal abscess and radical rate at stage I between two groups were compared.Results:The diagnostically correct rates of multiple abscess,deep abscess and located internal stoma of the classification of perianal abscess of TRUS group were significantly higher than those of MRI group(x2=7.930,x2=9.640,x2=4.270,P<0.05).The radical rate at stage I of TRUS group was significantly higher than that of MRI group(x2=7.120,P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of TRUS is superior to that of MRI group in the diagnosis of perianal abscess,and TRUS can provide an iconographical basis for clinical classification.
