摘要
采取高温水解-离子色谱法同时测定煤炭中氟和氯含量,对测定结果的不确定度进行分析。通过建立数学模型,对不确定度的来源进行分析,找出影响测量的各种因素,计算出不确定度分量并合成不确定度,以确定测量结果的可信程度和准确性,建立测量不确定度的评定方法。
The content of fluorine and chlorine in coal was determined by high temperature hydrolyzation-ion chromatography.The uncertainty of the determination was analyzed.Through the establishment of mathematical model,the source of uncertainty is analyzed,various factors affecting the measurement are found out,the uncertainty component is calculated and the uncertainty is synthesized to determine the reliability and accuracy of the measurement results,and the evaluation method of measurement uncertainty is established.
