摘要
①目的研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者体质量指数(BMI)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)的关系。②方法选取我院122例T2DM患者为研究对象,根据患者CIMT划分为对照组(CIMT<0.9mm)和观察组(CIMT≥0.9mm),采用Logistic回归分析法对影响CIMT的相关因素进行分析。③结果 122例患者CIMT增厚检出率为40.2%,Logistic回归分析显示患者BMI、甘油三酯(TG)水平与CIMT厚度有关。④结论 T2DM患者BMI与CIMT厚度正相关,BMI越高者CIMT越厚,发生动脉粥样硬化的可能性越大。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the Body Mass Index(BMI) and carotid intima-media thickness in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM)patients.Methods A total of 122 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the study subjects.According to the patients’ carotid intima media thickness(CIMT),they were divided into control group and observation group.Logistic regression was used to analyze the factors influencing CIMT.Results The detection rate of thicker carotid intima-media in 122 patients was 40.2%.Logistic regression analysis showed that the BMI and triglyceride level of the patients were related to CIMT.Conclusion There is a positive correlation between BMI and CIMT in T2 DM.The higher the body mass index,the thicker the CIMT,the greater the possibility of atherosclerosis.
