摘要
目前,临床针对Ⅳ期胃癌主要采用姑息性药物联合治疗。近年来,随着化疗、靶向治疗以及免疫治疗的发展,Ⅳ期胃癌患者的生存期较以往有所延长,但整体疗效仍不容乐观。因此,亟需新的治疗理念为Ⅳ期胃癌患者带来疗效上的突破。本文将从起源、尝试、获益、不足及前景等方面对Ⅳ期胃癌转化治疗这一新的治疗理念作一概述。
Nowadays therapy for stageⅣgastric cancer mainly adopts palliative treatment with drug combination.With the development of chemotherapy,targeted therapy and even immunotherapy in recent years,the survival time of stageⅣgastric cancer patients was extended,but the overall effect is not optimistic.Therefore,it is in urgent need to develop new treatment idea to bring a breakthrough in curative effect for stageⅣgastric cancer patients.In this paper,we made an overview on the new idea of conversion therapy for stageⅣgastric cancer in aspects of its origin,practice,benefit,deficiency and prospect.
