摘要
某型枪用ZL101A铝合金瞄准镜壳体上的镜枪连接处在冲击过程中出现断裂,通过断口形貌观察、金相分析、化学分析、硬度测试等方法对断裂个体零件的原因进行多方面的分析。结果表明:瞄准镜壳体断裂处为脆性开裂,起裂位置位于凸起与管身倒角外壁处,断裂位置处于壁厚最薄处且存在较大的应力集中,原因是铸件变质处理不充分、存在枝晶间缩孔,使材料塑性和抗疲劳性能有所下降。
A fracture occurred at the joint of the mirror gun on the ZL101A aluminum alloy sight scope of a certain type of gun, and the reasons for fracture of individual parts are analyzed through methods such as fracture topography observation,metallographic analysis, chemical analysis, and hardness test. The results show that the fracture of the sighting telescope shell is brittle, the position of the fracture is at the outer wall of the bulge and the chamfer of the tube body, the position of the fracture is at the thinnest wall thickness and there is a large stress concentration during the impact process, the plastic and fatigue properties of the casting are decreased due to insufficient modification and shrinkage between dendrites.
