人体工效学在一种翻转吊具优化设计中的应用

摘要 简述了机械制造行业中一种工装翻转吊具现有结构(传统的简单结构)存在的一些不足;较详细地评述了应用人体工效、绩效理论、美学等新理念、新理论指导设计的适用性强的翻转吊具的结构及其优点,以及吊具本体、十字节、轴、销等主要零件的设计技巧。介绍了该新型翻转吊具在机械制造行业中对一些工装、尤其是对铸造生产中用于砂箱(型)的翻转具有简约、方便、高效等操控性和制作成本低的优点。 This paper briefly reviews the shortcomings of the existing structure( traditional simple structure) of a tool turnover crane in the mechanical manufacturing industry. It reviews in detail the structure and advantages of the flip-over hanger, which has strong applicability to the design guided by the new concepts such as ergonomics, performance theory,aesthetics and so on. Design skills for its main parts such as the main body, cross joint, shaft and pin are also reviewed.This paper introduces the advantages of this new type of flip-over hanger in mechanical manufacturing industry, such as simplicity, convenience, high efficiency and low production cost, for some tools, especially for the turning of and box(mold)in foundry production.
