摘要
以LNG动力船舶为研究对象,利用热电联供技术,针对船舶在海洋航行的不利条件,为满足船舶冷、热、电的不同需求,设计出一种LNG动力船冷能梯级利用装置,并介绍了其工作原理及主要组成零部件。装置由LNG气化系统、冷能、冷量回收系统和烟气余热回收及生产系统三部分组成,实现冷能、热能梯级利用,夏季、冬季都可以同时提供冷、热、电。整套装置设计合理、工作可靠、资源利用率高,可以大幅减少对大气的污染。
Combined heat and power technology is adopted in the LNG powered ship to meet the demands of cold, heat and electricity under the unfavorable sailing conditions, which was a kind of LNG powered ship with cold energy cascade utilization device. This paper introduces its working principle and main components. The device is composed of three parts including LNG gasification system, cold energy recovery system as well as flue gas waste heat recovery and production system, and it can archive the cascade utilization of cold energy and heat energy. In summer and winter, this device can provide cold energy, heat energy and electricity at the same time. The whole device has a reasonable design, reliable work, high resource utilization, and can greatly reduce air pollution.
