摘要
压电晶片广泛应用于压电驱动、压电风扇、压电泵等领域,其往往工作于谐振频率下。对于采用搭接方式安装的压电晶片,接触点位置和接触力的变化会导致压电晶片的工作频率和尖端位移发生变化。针对搭接状态下的压电单晶片,文中设计了一套实验测试机构,分析测试了压电单晶片在不同搭接状态下的谐振特性。
Piezoelectric crystal are widely used in piezoelectric driving, piezoelectric fans, piezoelectric pumps and other fields, and they often work at resonant frequency. For piezoelectric crystal that are using lap joints method,changes in the position of the contact point and the contact force will cause the operating frequency and tip displacement of the piezoelectric unimorph to change. This paper designs a set of experimental testing mechanisms for piezoelectric crystal in the lap state, and the resonance characteristics of the piezoelectric crystal in different lap states are analyzed and tested.
