摘要
多品种多规格产品的机器人应用是铸造业应用难点,实现由点到线,由线到面采用机器人需要较长过程,通过双机协同组合实现复杂多品种管件高效打磨,打磨环境的封闭和设备的集成除尘,促进了铸造业自动化水平的提高和环境改善,同时机器和人的协同作业促进了机器人的快速应用。
The robot application of multi variety and multi specification products is the application difficulty of the casting industry.It takes a long process to realize the robot application from point to line and from line to surface.The high efficient grinding of complex multi-variety pipe fittings has been realized by the cooperation between double robot machines.The improvement of the automation level and environment of the casting industry have been achieved through the closed grinding environment and the integrated dust removal of the equipment.Meanwhile,the cooperation of human and machine has promoted the rapid application of the robot.
