摘要
目的:探究针对性围手术期护理干预对面部外伤整形美容患儿依从性、满意度及情绪的影响。方法:选取110例面部外伤患儿,随机分为两组,对照组(55例)给予常规围手术期护理,观察组(55例)给予针对性围手术期护理。干预1个月后检测两组患儿的各项指标。结果:干预后,观察组患儿依从性为90.91%、护理满意度为90.91%高于对照组的70.91%、72.73%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的心理评分、生理评分、环境评分、社交评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的SAS、SDS评分均下降(P<0.05),且观察组患儿的SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性围手术期护理干预可以显著改善小儿面部外伤整形美容手术患儿的依从性、满意度及焦虑抑郁程度。
Objective To explore the effect of specific perioperative nursing intervention on the compliance, satisfaction and emotion of children with facial injury undergoing plastic surgery. Methods 110 children with facial injury were randomly selected and divided into two groups. The control group(55 cases) was given routine perioperative nursing, and the observation group(55 cases) was given specific perioperative nursing. One month after intervention, the indexes in the two groups were detected and compared. Results After intervention, the compliance and satisfaction of the observation group were 90.91% and 90.91% respectively, which were higher than those of the control group(70.91%, 72.73%), the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The scores of psychological, physiological, environmental and social in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were all decreased, and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Specific perioperative nursing intervention can significantly improve the compliance, satisfaction, anxiety and depression of children with facial injury undergoing plastic surgery.
