有机蒙脱土对五层共挤聚烯烃棚膜性能影响 被引量:3

Effects of Organically Modified Montmorillonite on Properties of Five-layer Coextrusion Polyolefin Greenhouse Films

摘要 采用内添加法,先将有机蒙脱土(OMMT)与不同助剂混合,熔融挤出制备聚烯烃消雾流滴功能母粒,再通过五层共挤吹膜工艺生产制备聚烯烃棚膜,探讨了OMMT对五层共挤聚烯烃棚膜力学性能、光学性能和消雾流滴性能的影响。结果表明,聚烯烃高分子链可在OMMT中插层复合,形成聚烯烃/OMMT高分子复合材料,并能提高聚烯烃棚膜的力学性能,延长棚膜的消雾流滴时间;虽然棚膜的透光率下降,但其雾度得到一定提高,能提高其光散射能力。当母粒中OMMT添加量为5%时,棚膜的力学性能和消雾流滴性能最好,拉伸强度为37.5 MPa,断裂伸长率为522.4%,直角撕裂强度133.8 kN/m,落镖冲击破损质量为606 g,透光率为89%,雾度为29%;在(55±1)℃水浴中的消雾流滴时间达到11天。 Organic montmorillonite(OMMT)was mixed with different additives,anti-dripping and anti-fogging masterbatch was prepared by twin screw extruder,then the polyolefin greenhouse films were produced by five layer co-extrusion blowing film line.The effects of OMMT on the mechanical properties,optical properties,anti-fogging and anti-dropping properties of five-layer coextrusion polyolefin greenhouse film were discussed.The results show that the penetration of polyolefin molecules into the OMMT galleries and/or laminates,an intercalated polyolefin/OMMT nanocomposite is obtained.The mechanical properties and antidripping and anti-fogging performance of the polyolefin film is improved.Although the light transmittance of the polyolefin film is decreased,its haze and its light scattering ability is improved.When the content of OMNT in the masterbatch is 5%,the polyolefin greenhouse film show the best the mechanical properties and anti-fogging and anti-dripping performance,the tensile strength is 37.5 MPa,the elongation at break is 522.4%,the right-angled tear strength is 133.8 kN/m,the falling dart impact damage mass is 606 g,the light transmittance is 89%,the haze is 29%,and the anti fogging time in(55±1)℃water bath achieves 11 d.
