摘要
目的:观察补肺固元膏对肺肾两虚型支气管哮喘(BA)缓解期患者的治疗作用。方法:便利抽样选取本院2017年3月~2018年12月收治的110例肺肾两虚型BA缓解期患者,随机数表法分为研究组和对照组各55例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在此基础上给予补肺固元膏治疗,均治疗3个月。比较两组患者的疗效、哮喘控制水平、中医症候积分、肺功能以及炎性因子水平,并观察患者治疗期间的药物不良反应。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率为92.73%,明显高于对照组的78.18%(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后中医证候积分、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)均低于对照组,哮喘控制水平、第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、最大呼气流速(PEF)、第一秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量(FEV_1/FVC)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无不良反应。结论:补肺固元膏治疗肺肾两虚型BA缓解期患者安全有效,可明显缓解患者哮喘症状,提高患者肺功能,降低机体炎症反应。
Objective:To explore curative effect of Bufei Guyuan Cream for patients with bronchial asthma(BA)of lung-kidney deficiency type during remission.Methods:110BA patients of lung-kidney deficiency type during remission who were ad-mitted to the hospital from March 2017to December 2018were enrolled by convenience sampling method.The random number ta-ble method was performed to divide them into study group and controlled group,55cases in each group.The controlled group was given routine treatment.On this basis,the study group was given Buyuan Guyuan Cream.All were treated for 3months.The cur-ative effect,asthma control level,TCM symptoms scores,lung function and levels of inflammatory factor were compared between the two groups.The adverse drug reactions during treatment were observed.Results:After treatment,the total response rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(92.73%vs 78.18%)(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndromes scores,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and eosinophils(EOS)in the study group were lower than those in the controlled group,while asthma control level,forced expiratory volume in 1second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF),FEV1/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)were higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in either group.Conclusion:Bufei Guyuan Cream is safe and effective in the treatment of BA pa-tients of lung-kidney deficiency type during remission,which can significantly alleviate asthma symptoms,improve lung function and reduce body inflammatory response.
