摘要
目的:观察加味半夏厚朴汤治疗痰湿型上气道咳嗽综合征的临床疗效。方法:将150例痰湿型上气道咳嗽综合征患者,随机分为两组各75例,治疗组采用中药加味半夏厚朴汤,对照组采用美敏伪麻溶液进行治疗。结果:咳嗽积分、咽部临床表现方面,治疗后两组积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组降低水平更为明显(P<0.05);治疗组第1周与第2周咳嗽消失病例与对照组比较例数更多(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味半夏厚朴汤对痰湿型上气道咳嗽综合征具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of using Modified Banxia Houpo Decoction in the treatmenbt of phlegm-dampness type upper airway cough syndrome(UACS).Methods:150cases of patients with phlegm-dampness UACS were ran-domly divided into two groups,75cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Modified Banxia Houpo Decoction,the controlled group was treated with Compound Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride Oral Solution.Results:In terms of clinical man-ifestations of cough and pharynx,the scores of both groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the reduction level of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).The number of cases with cough disappearance in the first week and the second week of the treatment group was more than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modi-fied Banxia Houpu Decoction has good clinical effect on phlegm-dampness type upper airway cough syndrome.
