摘要 分析了间歇法氯乙酸生产中尾气含氯偏高的原因,提出了改进措施:增加尾气氯化釜,充分吸收尾气中氯气;改造尾气冷凝系统,合理分配冷量。改造后,尾气中游离氯质量分数约1.8%。 The causes of excess chlorine content in tail gas generated in the batch-process production of chloroacetic acid were analyzed.The improvement measures were put forward.In order to fully absorb the chlorine in the tail gas,a tail gas chlorinator was added.In order to distribute the cooling capacity reasonably,the tail gas condensing system was reformed.Thus,the mass fraction of free chlorine in the tail gas was about 1.8%.
