摘要
目的 探讨糖皮质激素联合抗病毒药物治疗单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎临床效果。方法 80例单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者接受抗病毒药物,观察组患者在对照组基础上加以糖皮质激素治疗。比较两组患者治疗第3、6、9天T淋巴细胞亚群值变化情况。结果 治疗第3、6天,两组患者的CD4^+、CD8^+和CD4^+/CD8^+水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第9天,观察组患者的CD4^+(31.44±5.16)%和CD4^+/CD8^+(0.96±0.33)均低于对照组的(36.40±3.91)%、(1.20±0.27), CD8^+(32.38±4.11)%高于对照组的(28.63±2.37)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎患者发病期给予糖皮质激素联合抗病毒药物治疗能够在短期内有效减轻患者急性炎性反应,改善免疫细胞损伤情况。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of glucocorticoids combined with antiviral drugs for herpes simplex virus encephalitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with herpes simplex virus encephalitis were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received antiviral drugs treatment,and patients in the observation group received glucocorticoids on the basis of the control group.Changes in T lymphocyte subsets after 3,6 and 9 day of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 and 6 day of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in levels of CD4^+,CD8^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ between the two groups(P>0.05).After 9 day of treatment,CD4^+(31.44±5.16)%and CD4^+/CD8^+(0.96±0.33)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(36.40±3.91)%,(1.20±0.27),and CD8+(32.38±4.11)%was higher than that of the control group(28.63±2.37)%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of glucocorticoids combined with antiviral drugs in patients with herpes simplex encephalitis can effectively alleviate the acute inflammatory response and improve immune cell damage in a short period of time.
