摘要
"一带一路"建设是我国建立新型国际分工合作体系的重要一环,在产业合作上,百色市与越南拥有独特的自然资源及地缘优势。当前,百色市绿色生态农业和生态旅游产业发展迅猛,铝产业处于转型发展时期,石化和冶金产业技术日益成熟,现代服务产业前景广阔。百色市融入"一带一路"的产业合作,需要各级各部门政府创新思想,统筹规划,在政府活动、税收、金融和贸易等政策上给予支持,以共同推动百色市的产业升级和产业合作。
The construction of the "B & R" is an important part of China’s establishment of a new international division of labor and cooperation system. Baise and Vietnam have unique natural resources and geographical advantages in industrial cooperation. At present, the green eco-agriculture and eco-tourism industries in Baise City are developing rapidly. The aluminum industry is in a period of transformation and development. The petrochemical and metallurgical industries are becoming more mature and the modern service industry has a bright future. It requires governments at all levels to innovate their ideas and plan as a whole for the integration of Baise into the industrial cooperation of the "B & R". The industrial cooperation needs support from government activities, taxation, finance and trade policies to jointly promote industrial upgrading and industrial cooperation in Baise.
