摘要
针对SCR脱硝系统运行中未完全反应的还原剂,在空气预热器中与SO3以及氮氧化物反应生成硫酸氢铵导致的空气预热器堵塞问题,利用热风吹扫的方式加热、汽化,在空气预热器蓄热元件内生成硫酸氢铵达到消除空气预热器堵塞的目的.
In view of the blockage of air preheater caused by incomplete reaction of reductant in SCR denitrifi cation system,which reacts with sulfur trioxides and nitrogen oxides to generate ammonium bisulfate in air preheater,the blockage of air preheater can be eliminated by heating and vaporizing ammonium bisulfate generated in air preheater regenerator by hot air purging.
