跨铁路线路天桥钢桁梁顶推施工技术

摘要 宜万铁路新开高坪车站是优化建始县交通布局、助力精准脱贫、促进全域旅游业发展的重大民生工程。高坪车站天桥横跨运营铁路,为保证铁路运营安全,天桥主体钢桁架采用分节段顶推施工。本文结合高坪站内跨线路天桥施工,对钢桁梁顶推技术进行施工检算,并详细介绍了顶推设备安装、施工工艺,保证了工程施工和铁路运营的双向安全,为类似工程钢桁梁顶推技术施工提供了借鉴。 The new Gaoping station of Yichang Wanzhou railway is a major livelihood project to optimize the traffic layout of Jianshi County,help to get rid of poverty accurately and promote the development of tourism in the whole region.Gaoping station overpass crosses the operation railway.In order to ensure the safety of railway operation,the main steel truss of the overpass is constructed by segment jacking.Combined with the construction of overpass in Gaoping station,this paper makes construction checking calculation on the jacking technology of steel truss beam,and introduces the installation and construction technology of jacking equipment in detail,which ensures the two-way safety of engineering construction and railway operation,and provides reference for the jacking technology construction of similar engineering steel truss beam.
