CEUS+ARFI技术对乳腺实性占位性病变良、恶性鉴别诊断效能的影响

摘要 目的探讨超声造影(CEUS)+声脉冲辐射力成像技术(ARFI)在乳腺实性占位性病变良、恶性鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月-2019年6月许昌市人民医院收治的乳腺实性占位性病变患者98例作为研究对象,均行CEUS、ARFI检查,以病理诊断作为"金标准",对比CEUS、ARFI单独与联合检查乳腺实性占位性病变的良、恶性鉴别诊断效能。结果 98例乳腺实性占位性病变患者,经病理诊断确诊恶性21例,良性77例。CEUS检出恶性16例,良性82例;ARFI检出恶性18例,良性80例;CEUS+ARFI检出恶性26例,良性72例;良性病变患者面积比、VTQ值较恶性病变患者低(P<0.05);CEUS+ARFI诊断敏感性100.00%、阴性预测值100.00%高于CEUS、ARFI单独诊断,漏诊率低于CEUS、ARFI单独诊断(P<0.05);CEUS+ARFI诊断准确度、特异性、误诊率、阳性预测值与单独诊断对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CEUS+ARFI技术可提升乳腺实性占位性病变良、恶性鉴别诊断的诊断效能,为临床制定治疗方案提供数据支持。
