摘要
在能源竞争日益激烈的今天,怎样提高发电厂运行的经济性,降低不必要的损失,成为各电厂迫切需要解决的问题.本文重点介绍煤粉锅炉与循环流化床(CFB)锅炉结焦的产生原因,分析结焦带来的危害,通过数据说明煤粉锅炉与CFB锅炉结焦后不同的能耗与热量损失以及折算成经济方面的损失,从而指出预防结焦的必要性.
In the day of increasingly fi erce energy competition,how to improve the economy of power plant operation and reduce unnecessary losses has become an urgent problem for power plants.This paper focuses on the causes of coking in pulverized coal boilers and circulating fl uidized bed boilers.Through the analysis of the hazards caused by coking,the different energy consumption and heat loss after coking of pulverized coal fi red boilers and CFB boilers and economic losses are explained through the analysis of data,and the necessity of preventing coking is pointed out.
