摘要
对云南某地低品位硅钙质胶磷矿进行正-反浮选半工业性试验,试验条件为:原矿含P2O5为15.11%,MgO 6.23%,磨矿细度-0.074 mm 91%,浮选矿浆温度13~15℃,试验用捕收剂CXY-P2由武汉工程大学提供。经试验确定A/B两方案,相应结果为:精矿品位为P2O530.42%(A)/28.10%(B);P2O5回收率为75.68%(A)/83.21%(B),选矿技术指标较好,经济效果明显。
The pilot-plant direct-reverse flotation test on the low-phosphate collophanite from Yunnan somewhere was accomplished.The test conditions provided by Wuhan university of engineering were as follows:P2O5 content in the raw ore was 15.11%,MgO 6.23%,grinding fineness-0.074 mm was 91%,flotation pulp temperature was 13-15℃,and the collector for the test,cxy-p2,was provided by wuhan university of engineering.Two schemes A/B were determined by tests,and the corresponding results were as follows:the concentrate grade was P2O530.42%(A)/28.10%(B)and P2O5 recovery rate is 75.68%(A)/83.21%(B),with good technical indicators for mineral processing and obvious economic effect.
