摘要
目的探讨海滨疗养因子对消化性溃疡海潜人员焦虑、抑郁情绪改善、溃疡愈合和幽门螺杆菌(HP)根治的疗养效果。方法选取自2016-2019年每年7-9月来海军青岛特勤疗养中心疗养的HP呈阳性且患消化性溃疡的62例海潜人员为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组及观察组,每组31例。两组均采用四联药物治疗,同时,观察组给予海滨疗养因子疗养4周,常规组给予常规疗养4周。比较两组海潜人员的抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)、焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)、溃疡愈合率和HP根除率。结果治疗后,观察组的SAS和SDS评分明显低于常规组,溃疡愈合率和HP根治率高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海滨疗养因子可改善患消化性溃疡海潜人员的焦虑、抑郁情绪,对运用四联药物提高消化性溃疡愈合率和HP根治率有很好的协调作用。
Objective To investigate the convalescent effects of seaside convalescent factors on anxiety,depression,ulcer healing and radical treatment of helicobacter pylori(HP)in naval diving personnel with peptic ulcer.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 62 cases of naval diving personnel with positive HP and peptic ulcer who came to Qingdao Special Service Sanatorium of PLA Navy for recuperation from July to September during 2016 to 2019.Patients were randomly divided into the conventional group and the observation group,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups received quadruple drug therapy,and the observation group was given seaside convalescent factor convalescence for 4 weeks,while the conventional group was given conventional convalescent for 4 weeks.The depression self-rating scale(SDS)score,anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score,ulcer healing rate and HP eradication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group,and the ulcer healing rate and HP radical cure rate were higher than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Seaside recuperation factors can improve the anxiety and depression of the naval diving personnel with peptic ulcer,and have a good coordinating effect on improving the healing rate of peptic ulcer and the radical cure rate of HP by using quadruple drugs.
