摘要
评估教育培训质量的核心要素之一是培训迁移的多少,然而,即使是优质培训也无法确保受训人能够知行合一、学以致用。影响教师培训迁移的因素众多,诸家各言其说。本文借鉴该领域国内外最新实证阐释,综合分析培训迁移及相关重要成果,探究各预测因子在教师培训迁移预测体系中的存在、定位及效用。构建三位一体的教师培训迁移预测体系,论证多维结构特点的迁移动机的重要中介作用,使教师培训迁移预测模型能够切实地提升教师培训迁移的有效性。
One of the core factors in evaluating the quality of education and training is how much training is transferred.However,even if it is a good training,it also cannot guarantee that trainees can combine knowledge with practice and apply what they learn.Many factors that affect migration of teacher training,and the various says all that their says,this article draw lessons from the field at home and abroad the latest empirical interpretation,comprehensive analysis of training transfer and related important results,to explore the predictive factors exist in the teacher training migration prediction system,positioning and utility,and build a trinity of teacher training migration prediction system,demonstrate migration motivation important intermediary role of the multidimensional structure characteristics,make teacher training migration prediction model is more practical,improve the effectiveness of teacher training transfer.
