摘要
绿色建筑成本问题一直备受行业关注,且建造成本是绿色建筑成本增量最明显的部分。为有效管控绿色建筑建造成本风险,采用问卷调查、专家访谈与结构方程模型等方法,从利益相关者的视角探讨影响绿色建筑建造成本的关键利益相关者与关键风险因素。结果表明,设计单位对绿色建筑建造成本的影响最大,而监理单位对绿色建筑建造成本的影响似乎最小。此外,在风险等级划分上,关键风险因素主要与业主方、设计单位、施工单位相关。
The issue of green building cost has attracted much attention,and the construction cost is the most obvious part of the incremental cost of green building.To effectively control the cost risk of green building construction,this paper explores key stakeholders and key risk factors that affect the construction cost of green building through questionnaires,expert interviews and structural equation model from the perspective of stakeholders.The results show that the designer have the greatest impact on the construction cost of green building,and the supervisory seems to have the least impact on the construction cost of green building.In addition,in the classification of risk levels,the key risk factors are mainly related to the owner,the designer and the contractor.
