摘要
高水平职业院校集团化办学的内涵体现了高开放性、高协同性、高质量性,彰显校政行企深度合作要求,追求社会与经济效益并举。但现实挑战是缺乏法律法规支撑,存在理念困境,面临资源整合障碍,存在管理创新难题。提出高水平职业院校集团化办学的实践路径是:全面发挥政府主导职能,强化集团化办学法律保障;提升职教集团办学理念,深化集团化办学内涵建设;破除资源整合利益壁垒,增强集团化办学驱动合力;创新职教集团运行管理,提升集团化办学治理水平。
Collectivized operation of high level vocational colleges is characterized by high openness,strong coordination and good quality,shows the requirements of comprehensive cooperation among schools,governments,industries and enterprises,and pursues both social and economic benefits.But in reality,there are the lack of supporting laws and regulations,the concept confusion,the barriers in resource integration,and the challenges of management innovation.It is suggested that we should give full play to the leading functions of the government,strengthen the legal guarantee for running a school in a group;improve the concept of running a school in a vocational education group,deepen the connotation construction of running a school in a group;break down the interest barrier of resource integration,strengthen the driving force of running a school in a group;innovate the operation management of a vocational education group,and improve the level of running a school in a group.
